千葉県·松⼾の中学で同級⽣だったモリタナオヒコ(Vo,Gt)、アサノケンジ(Vo,Gt)、ヨシダタカマサ(Ba)、オオイナオユキ(Dr)が 2014 年に 27 歳で初めてのバンドを結成。
TENDOUJI（天童児）、名は体を表すが如く、天⾐無縫で純粋な⾳楽を奏で続けている。90ʼs ガレージ、パンク、オルタナに影響を受けつつ、常に最新の TENDOUJI サウンドを更新。
メンバー4 名全員作詞作曲をこなすこともあり、秀逸なメロディーセンスに HAPPY 爆弾を詰め込んだ多様な楽曲の宝庫でもある。
バンドの真⾻頂はもちろんそのライブ。
2018 年 アメリカ最⼤級のフェス「SXSW」に出演、2019年「TEENAGE FANCLUB」来⽇公演のサポートアクトを務める。

その後 FUJIROCKFESTIVAL 等各地の⼤型フェスに多数出演。

2023 年には⾃主企画『OTENTO WEST＆EAST』をスタートし、2024 年第 2 回⽬にして⼤阪、東京公演共 SOLD OUT。
2025 年 5 ⽉からは全国 18 ヵ所のワンマンツアーを 2500 円にて⾏い、“EASYPUNK”をステートメント
に掲げ カンタンで楽しい⾳楽 を体現している。
11 ⽉には韓国ツアー『TENDOUJI LIVE IN KOREA 2025』を開催するなど、海外での活動も精⼒的に⾏っ
ている。
そして2027年2月19日(金) TENDOUJI "⽇本武道館"単独公演 『EASYPUNK』を開催。

Formed in 2014 by four classmates from junior high school in Matsudo, Chiba, TENDOUJI consists of Naohiko Morita (Vo, Gt), Kenji Asano (Vo, Gt), Takamasa Yoshida (Ba), and Naoyuki Ooi (Dr).

Starting their first band together at the age of 27, they have continued to play free-spirited, pure music true to their name, TENDOUJI.
Influenced by ’90s garage rock, punk, and alternative music, the band constantly updates and evolves their own unmistakable TENDOUJI sound.
All four members contribute to songwriting, resulting in a rich catalog of diverse songs packed with infectious melodies and “happy-bomb” energy.
The band’s true essence shines on stage.
In 2018, TENDOUJI performed at SXSW in the U.S., followed by serving as the support act for TEENAGE FANCLUB’s Japan tour in 2019. Since then, they have appeared at numerous major festivals across Japan, including FUJI ROCK FESTIVAL.
In 2023, they launched their self-produced events OTENTO WEST & EAST, with both Osaka and Tokyo shows selling out in their second year in 2024.
From May 2025, the band embarked on an 18-date nationwide headline tour with an affordable ticket price of ¥2,500, proudly presenting “EASYPUNK” as their statement—music that is simple, fun, and immediately accessible.
Expanding their activities overseas, TENDOUJI held their Korea tour “TENDOUJI LIVE IN KOREA 2025” in November.
Looking ahead, the band will perform their first-ever solo show at the iconic Nippon Budokan on February 19, 2027, titled “EASYPUNK.”
